If the car has power seats, the controls are on the bottom of the seat on the left hand side. The controls are intuitive - back and forth, recline, raise & lower seat, etc.

if it is not power seats there is a lever ring below the seat , pull on that to move forward/back. a big dial on the side will move the thigh support up/down.
