l have a 1991 Mercedes 190E and theres a couple spots that need to get re-painted, any idea where l could find the color code on the car so l can match it with the original paint?

Part of the VIN. Call dealer and speak with parts guy who can help you decode the VIN info to get paint code.

call your local benz dealer and give them the vin. ask for the parts department. they can give you the color code over the phone in about 2 minutes.

open the driver door, it;s on the frame of the door on the inside.

Some MB models have the paint colour code stamped on a aluminium plate which is just in front of the radiator. Mine has. It should also be in the back of the manuals that should have come with the car, used or not.
