l have an 02 Mercedes Benz ML 320 and when l am driving, the brake lights remain on, whether or not l stop. Does anyone have any info? Please help.

May be down to adjustment of the brake lamp switch located high up on the brake pedal.

The brake light switch is stuck on very inexpensive fix at the dealer.

Time to replace your brake lamp switch. It is located behind the brake pedal and is fairly easy to replace.

there should be a switch just above and behind the pedal, this may be stuck or become moist in some way. Just replace its not expensive
