Just open the bluetooth in ur mobile phone or whatever and let it find the car kit and press connect and then if he asked for a password write 0000

It depends on where u r because different countries used different criterion when importing new Benzes into the country. For example, in Canada, all '07 C-Class models had to have the upgraded factory sound system installed at the factory first. Having this installed would also include the upgraded wiring harness to be installed in the vehicle which would make the vehicle bluetooth capable. In this case, all u would have to do is install a bluetooth puck & u were ready to go. If the C-Class only has the stock factory system, bluetooth cannot be installed.
