Hi, l am a male under 38 years age. l am looking for a compact car and l find Mercedez C-320 very attractive. Since last few days l have been trying to see if any male is driving that car and so far what l found is that all women are driving that car. Is that true? Please give your opinions.

l think our female posters are taking my question to a wrong direction. l really did't even think about secure/insecure. Does that mean we, being male, should not care in selecting things that are made manily or male or are mostly used by men? Would l feel more insecure if l wear white or other colored clothes except pink? Why do we have pink and blue colors? why do designers make things differently, some appealing men others appealing women? l just asked a simple question and l think l got the answer in first three posts. But l still appreciate the responses of all others who also participated. Again thanks to everyone.

Yes its mainly women who drive the C series cars. It is a good car to have, its good quality and rides very well, has nice power. It is expensive to repair since its a Mercedes Benz, but its not as bad as an Audi.

l think that mostly women do drive them. l see women driving 5 series and a6 audis too but l see men driving them more.

If l were you, l would look at the new C Class or the upcoming Audi A4 (trust me do not get a 3 series! everyone has a 3 series!)

How is this even a question? l can not begin to count the men I've seen driving E-class sedans. l know several women who drive them as well but to declare the E-class ''girly'' is just offensive. Why r u so insecure?

Now the C-class has the appeal of a smaller car, easier to handle, less expensive. While the old C320, when purchased new, could easily exceed $40,000, buying a used C-class looks kind of pathetic for a guy of ur age. It has nothing to do with the gender appeal of the vehicle. In undergrad, l knew a few guys that drove new C-class sedans.

If u want to talk about girly cars, let is discuss the Audi A4. My mother snubbed it because even she did not think it was ''Audi'' enough. It rattles, it is a hunk of crap, & it is the poor man is Audi. Get a new A6, if u want something from VW.

Wow.to assume that only women r driving absolutely ALL C- & E-classes is just delusional.

l hate to admit it but women are the ones usually the behind the wheel of a C-class but that is not the same for the E-class.

Are you that insecure? What difference does it make if you see that the model is driven mainly by women? Its just happenstance. Dude, get a grip.

The E class is driven more by men than women. But if you need a good car, why discriminate? It should not affect your choice if women or men drive a particular model.

l live in orange county, ca. the capitol of people who drive Mercedes. There are tons of men AND women who drive the C Class and E class. l would recommend the E class because it is a nicer car but sitll not so big or bulky it loses its fun to drive factor. if you can afford a 2007 E350 sport l am positive you will love your car and never feel embarassed, out of place, anything.
