The cd magazine will not come out of the changer. When l hit the button, it seems like the changer is trying to get it out but nothing happens. l do not know if a cd is stuck, the magazine is busted or l need a new changer. Anyone have any advice?

try to easily prize it out. and if it dont come out with a little bit of pulling, or some force, take it to the dealer or a service shop. more than likely its a hung cd but if all of them are playing when you try to listen to them the magazine may just be hung on somethin.

You probaly have a faulty CD changer, If you have an extended warranty it will be a covered repair. It will take awhile to get your cd is back, though,,,,,,,anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 months.

You usually can not pry it out since the disc and the disc tray are stuck sideways in the player. Usually the only cure is to rebuild/replace the player.

THE SAME THING HAPPEND IN MY 03 S430.. l JUST TOOK THE LOSS AND WENT TO THE DEALER AND PAID THEM TO DO WHAT THEY DO. A CD ISN'T STUCK THOUGH

Push the green eject button while pushing, beating on the cd magazine. Continue to do this until it comes loose and ejects the magazine. What happened is a little hiccup and one of the cd trays is halfway into the player. If the beating does not work, use a pick and try to pull the tray back into the magazine. If all that fails take it to an independent they should take the time to get it out for you. those changers are too expensive to replace if it can be fixed easily
